President – Mike Terra
Responsible for the overall direction of Concord AMP
– Run board meetings
– Recruit board member and volunteers
– Promote Concord AMP and its mission
– Advocate for Concord AMP’s mission among all stakeholders

Vice President – OPEN
Assists the President with the running of Concord AMP, and may have other duties as agreed with the board, such as advocacy for music education

Treasurer – Paul Keen
Oversee financial transactions across all activities, including merchandise, auction and raffle
– Budgeting
– Bookkeeping
– Donor acknowledgement
– Prepare financial documents for accountant at tax time

Clerk/Secretary – Adrienne Query-Fiss
– Take minutes during meetings
– Distribute minutes to all stakeholders

Auction Chair – OPEN
Coordinate an online auction each fall to support Concord AMP’s mission:
– Recruit a small team of volunteers
– Solicit local vendors, working from the previous year’s list
– Add marketing blurbs and images to auction portal
– Create social media campaign to publicize auction
– Coordinate distribution of items to auction winners
– Train the Auction Apprentice

Auction Apprentice – OPEN
Assist the Auction Chair and prepare to take over the following academic year

Merchandise Sales – OPEN
Coordinate sales several times a year as fundraiser and spirit-building event: 
– Work with the teachers to select types and logos for merchandise
– Work with website chair on setting up online ordering
– Coordinate online orders and place with local printing company
– Distribute merchandise- organize volunteers to work at merchandise sales tables at all musical events

Raffle Chair – OPEN
Coordinate an online raffle each winter/spring to support Concord AMP’s mission, particularly in support of tours and performance events: 
– Recruit a small team of volunteers
– Arrange local sales events/tables around concord
– Publicize locally and on social media to increase ticket sales
– Coordinate distribution of prize to raffle winner
– Train the Raffle Apprentice

Raffle Apprentice – OPEN
Assist the Raffle Chair and prepare to take over the following academic year

Communications and Social Media Chair – Samantha Jaddou
Draft and distribute press releases, event announcements, etc. to local media, social media, and Concord Public Schools publications (daily announcements, PTG newsletters) in coordination with other volunteers

Webmaster – Samantha Jaddou
Keep website updated in coordination with other volunteers

Ambassador to Alcott / Thoreau / Willard – OPEN (3 positions)
Raise awareness of Concord AMP within each school’s community; recruit other volunteers; work with elementary band director on any in-school support needed; assist with 4th and 5th grade all-town ensembles as needed

At-Large – Help with specific projects or events
